We are committed at the practice to the disability act 2010 which means our team strive to give the same care to all our patients. Our practice is inclusive we will do our best to accomodate whatever your disability or additional need may be. If we cannot we will refer you to the appropriate service.
We try to make our practice as accessible to all as possible. The practice has parking at the front for a few vehicles and local on road parking where parking with a blue badge is possible, but of course the usual rules apply. We have a 2 steps at the front of the practice with a hand rail, if you need access for a wheelchair we have ramps please call ahead if you would like to use the ramps. The dentist and hygienists have set rooms and the hygienists surgery is on the first floor, but if you cannot manage the stairs we can make an appointment for you to be seen in the downstairs surgery by prior arrangement.
Our practice information can be provided in larger print or sent via email if requested. We try to be as inclusive to all whatever additional needs you may have. We understand that when our patients have additional needs that there may be things that we can do or adjust to make their time in the practice more manageable or comfortable so if there is something that we can do to make your visit to the practice easier please do not hesitate to contact reception and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
