BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

We have to book all appointments in a certain order to allow for fallow periods between procedures and to allow our staff to don and doff their PPE. Unfortunately this means we cannot be as flexible as we used to be with appointment times.
Payment will be taken over the telephone when your appointment is confirmed. This improves your safety by reducing the time you spend in reception and means you don’t have to touch the card machine.
ON THE DAY
Please arrive alone (unless you have a carer) and only 5 minutes before your appointment.
Please remain in your car until called.
Do not bring personal belongings in with you.
Please bing a face covering or mask with you.
Please do not use our toilet facilities.
You will be asked to stand in the inner door and use the hand gel provided.
You will then be asked coronavirus screening questions.
Please maintain social distancing where possible (there are stickers and tape to guide you).
Please do not touch anything. We will open doors for you.
RELAX. We are experts in cross infection. Although things may look different it’s still the same team providing the best dental care.
